At Auto Luxe we hand pick your order and pack it with the greatest of care to ensure that your package arrives in perfect condition and in a timely manner.

Standard deliveries in the UK are processed within 1 working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays) but may take 3-5 working days to arrive on this service. These parcels are sent Royal Mail 2nd Class. 

Parcels bound for Islands offshore (excluding the Channel Islands) or Scottish Highlands will be sent by Royal Mail. These deliveries will be made between 3-5 working days and will not require a signature. A card will be left if you are not in, directing you to reschedule a delivery or pick up from your local collection point.  In exceptional circumstances charges may occur on parcels bound for Islands offshore and Scottish Highlands - please contact us for further information.

Working days include Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays in UK.
